4 Wochen Paris - für mich völlig ausreichend!
Auch wenn Paris eine große Stadt ist und es unglaublich viel zu sehen gibt, müsste ich nicht länger bleiben.
Ich persönlich bin eh nicht der totale Großstadt-Liebhaber und fühle mich nach einer Zeit eher überfordert und nicht mehr wohl.
Four weeks in Paris - for me completely enough!
Although Paris is a big city and there is so much to see, I would not stay longer.
Personally, I am anyway not the total city-lover and I feel rather overwhelmed after a time and not comfortable anymore.
Sprachschule // Language school (France Langue):
- mit der Sprachschule war ich einigermaßen zufrieden, auch wenn ich anfangs zum falschen Gebäude gelaufen bin, da ich keine aktuellen Unterlagen hatte, aber die Angestellten waren freundlich und meine erste Lehrerin war super! Es hat wirklich Spaß gemacht. Mein zweiter Lehrer war nur noch nicht so lang da und hatte deswegen wahrscheinlich noch nicht so die Erfahrung im Umfang mit dem Buch und den Schülern.
- with the school I was somewhat satisfied, even though I initially went to the wrong building because I had no new documents, but the staff were friendly and my first teacher was great! It was really fun. My second teacher was just not so long there, and had therefore probably not the experience with the book and the students.
- Die Räumlichkeiten waren gut ausgestattet und es gab auch Getränkeautomaten und genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten.
- The rooms were well equipped and there were vending machines and enough of seats.
- Leider ist es ab 2 Wochen pflicht sich das Buch zu kaufen. Da ich aber nur 4 Wochen da war und es kein Buch zum selber weiter lernen ist, ich also zu Hause es mir nicht noch mal anschauen würde, hab ich es in der Rückgabefrist wieder zur Buchhandlung gebracht und danach wieder gekauft.... Das ist wirklich ein großer Negativpunkt für mich, dass es keine Möglichkeit zum ausleihen gibt.
- Unfortunately, it is mandatory from 2 weeks to buy the book. But since I was there only 4 weeks and it is not a book to learn alone on yourself, so I would not touch it at home again, I brought is in the return period back to the bookstore and then bought it again .... This really is a big negative point for me and that there is no way to borrow.
Residenz // Residence (Kellermann Residenz) :
- war ich im groben ziemlich unzufrieden, da ich dachte ich habe eine Küche und eigene Kochmöglichkeiten, aber es gab es war mehr eine Ferienunterkunft, zwar Frühstück inklusive, aber das war jetzt auch nicht so bombe, ganz abgesehen von dem unglaublich unfreundlichem Küchenpersonal!
Der Vorschlag, dass es schon günstige Mahlzeiten für 10€ gibt, hat mich auch nicht positiv gestimmt, da in meinem Budget nicht täglich mindestens 10€ für Essen drin ist.
- I was actually very unhappy because I thought I have kitchen and some cooking facilities, but it was more of a holiday accomodation, with breakfast included, but this was not so great, not to mention the incredible unfriendly kitchen staff!
The suggestion that you can eat out for about 10 €, didn't really made me feel better, because in my daily budget is not about 10 € for food included.
- Auch das tägliche Reinigen ging mir ein wenig auf die Nerven, da ich Unterricht immer erst nachmittags hatte und morgens um 9 Uhr das Personal rein kam, teilweise auch den Boden mit i-welchen kopfschmerzauslösenden Chemiebomben gewischt haben und ich erstmal weit das Fenster aufmachen musste...
- Also the daily cleaning was after a while really annoying because I always had class in the afternoon and in the morning at 9 clock the staff came in, wiping the ground with headache-causing chemical bombs and the first thing I had to do was to open the window ...
- Ich würde diese Unterkunft wirklich nur für Urlauber empfehlen, aber nicht für Leute, die länger bleiben und einen geregelten Tagesablauf dank Arbeit oder Schule haben.
- I would really recommend this accommodation for tourists, but not for people who stay longer and have a regular routine because of work or school.
Paris - Sightseeing:
- Einfach nur super! Ich wusste erst gar nicht, dass es so viele Sachen gratis zu sehen gibt, wenn man EU-Bürger und unter 25 ist. Daran muss man echt denken!
- Just amazing! First I did not knwo that there are so many things for free if you are EU citizens and under 25. You really have to remember that!
- Lediglich für den Eiffelturm habe ich 9€ gezahlt zum hochlaufen, was man sich aber echt angetan haben sollte, solange man keine Gelenkprobleme oder anderweitigen Schwierigkeiten hat^^
- Only for the Eiffel Tower I had to pay € 9 walking up, what you definitely should have done, as long as you do not have joint problems or other difficulties ^ ^
Im Großen und Ganzen ist Paris definitiv eine sehenswerte Stadt, aber mehr als 4 Wochen muss es auf jedenfall nicht sein, aber ich bin eh nicht so der Großstadtfan und mein Herz hab ich in der Stadt der liebe nicht verloren....
On the whole, Paris is definitely a beautiful city, but 4 week is really enough, but anyway I'm not such big city fan and I certainely didn't loose my heart in the city of love....
